How Pinatubo Got Its Name

visit of the Romanian students in Bulgaria, Sept. 2005: Getting

The drive from Sibiu to Burgas

On Sunday the 09/25/2005, at 7 clock, the Romanian group
participated in the project, left in the direction of Sibiu Bulgaria. This group consisted of 14 students, a geography teacher and the bus driver Emil Friedrich Philippi. Guirgiu to the Romanians, the last town before the border reached in Bulgaria, had
have made a lot of fun and even a little sleep, although they were excited. At the border they have waited for an hour.

The way of Rousse to Varna was a "civilization-free" zone, there were very few houses, people and cars. The minivan made for instance at a gas station break, and the Romanians were very surprised to learn that there was no toilet.

After Varna Burgas towards everything has changed greatly. Now the Romanian group could see through the windows of minibuses and more houses and hotels. The sea has impressed her very much.
The road from Burgas to Russians took about 4 hours. The Bulgarian group (including 14 students) and 2 teachers (Ms. Hristova Schabanska and women) have been waiting in the courtyard of the Goethe-Gymnasium on them. Everyone has met his partner and everyone went home.

arrival from Romania

We know Romanians were thrilled at the beginning o f the Bulgarians to learn and this was also the reason that most of us have felt in Bulgaria well. On the way to Bulgaria, we were very happy and cheerful, but also curiosity e rig, because we did not know with whom we lived for a week.
Most of us were from the landscape and inspired some of them have some pictures made. On the way we heard music, jokes made slept, and even learned a few words in Bulgarian such as Thank you, Good day including

We felt good to know ourselves better learned on the trip and we were also prepared new to make friends and cultivate new contacts with foreign countries.
When we arrived in Bulgaria and saw the writing on Kyril l sized houses, shops and others, we felt a bit strange, but the feeling is gone as we drove through the country longer.
